We also deal with many customers using carrier services. • Five working day turnaround is standard. • Premium express turnaround service available (advance notice normally required). • Certification traceable to National Standards with before and after results where applicable. UKAS certification can be provided where covered by our schedule of accreditation. • Minor repairs and adjustments are normally carried out free of charge. Outside this, the customer is contacted, made aware of any issues, and where applicable provided with a repair/investigation quotation. No additional charges are made without the prior consent of the customer. • Our experienced engineers can provide a competitive repair service for much of the equipment we calibrate. Cost effective repair costs are often overlooked when considering a calibration service provider. We are a Megger approved service centre. • All equipment is fully insured whilst in our possession, and is safety tested where applicable. • To complement our wide range of capabilities, we have an extensive network of approved sub-contractors for customers looking for a ‘one stop shop’ solution. • Free recall system with ‘calibration due’ reminder letters sent/emailed. • Onsite capability for a range of services. • Online access to our database. • We are also able to offer advice and source a wide range of new instrumentation at competitive prices. • Calibration contracts available allowing customers to spread the their annual costs. • Being independant has allowed us to develop bespoke services tailored to meet the needs for a number of our customers.
